Chickasaw is located at 30°45′54″N 88°05′01″W. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 4.6 square miles (12 km²), of which 4.4 square miles (11 km²) is land and 0.1 square miles (0.26 km²) (3.06%) is water.
